Our 'Nakshatra Avittam Domes' have been built for comfort in all weather conditions. Being in the 'Chihuahuan Desert', severe wind and rain is typically not an issue. We always advise our guests to adhere to all official weather warnings. Weather.com

Two (2) Showers are located on site within the Bathhouse Dome. As our guest, you will have unlimited access to the Terlingua Ranch pool and showers. Pool Code is provided in the dome. Yes, we provide you with the essential BBQ accessories. You will have access to plates, bowls, cups, olive oil, salt, pepper, tongs, a cutting board, and an outdoor BBQ grill. Pots, pans, butter, and seasonings are not provided.
No. We preserve the property for a more relaxed and serene experience. If you have a trailered street motorcycle for local travel, please stay within the designated roadways.
Toilets and showers (hot and cold water) are located within the Bathhouse Dome. There are 2 private changing areas attached to the showers.

Yes, you will have access to store perishable items in a mini fridge. Depending on the amount of groceries brought and for larger parties, we recommend bringing your own cooler to ensure all items will stay cold.

Big Bend has the darkest night skies of any national park in the lower 48 states, per The Natural Sounds and Night Skies division of the National Park Service. Please turn all lights off from 10:00pm - 6:00am.
Coolest Months: January - May (Temperatures average 60-80 degrees daily). Hottest Months: May - September (Summer temps in the desert average 100+ degrees). Coldest Nights: October - December (Temperatures average 50-60 degrees at night).
From June to early August the best time is near midnight, though the Milky Way will be visible almost all night. From Mid-August through September the best time is soon after the sun has set and the sky has grown dark. Every star you can see with the unaided eye is located within the milky way.
The rate is $260/USD per night per 2 guests. For each additional guest, (up to two (2) additional guests), there is a fee of $50/USD per night. i.e. - Three (3) guests/ two (2) night stay = $260/USD + $50/USD (additional guest fee) = $310/USD per night, $620/USD total. Taxes and fees not included. i.e. - Four (4) guests/ two (2) night stay = $260/USD + $100/USD (two (2) additional guest fee) = $360/USD per night, $720/USD total. Taxes and fees not included.
